Roof - Inspect the roof for winter damage: leaks, missing or broken shingles or tiles.

Windows - Wash, put up screens and patch any holes. Replace if needed.

Foundation - Check foundation walls, floors, concrete, and masonry for cracking, heaving, or deterioration.


Deck and Porches - Check all decks, patios, porches, stairs, and railings for loose boards and deterioration.


Landscape - Cut back and trim all vegetation and overgrown bushes from structures.


Sprinkler - Check lawn sprinkler system for leaky valves and exposed lines.
