Aussie Seal GP1

AVM Aussie Seal® GP1 is a high-performance hybrid STPE sealant and adhesive designed for versatile interior and exterior construction applications. This Class 25 sealant provides exceptional adhesion, 300%+ elongation, and long-term durability on a wide range of substrates including concrete, wood, metal, masonry, PVC, ABS, glass, and plastics.

Aussie Seal® GP1 is waterproof, UV-resistant, freeze-thaw stable, and bonds to damp surfaces, making it ideal for demanding waterproofing and detailing conditions. Its low VOC, odorless, isocyanate-free formula makes it safe for occupied spaces while offering fast skin-over and paintability in as little as 45 minutes.

Where to Use

AVM Aussie Seal® GP1 is designed for use as a stand-alone sealant/adhesive or in conjunction with AVM waterproofing systems and compatible construction assemblies including:

Material

Hybrid Silane Terminated Polyether (STPE) Sealant/Adhesive
Gun-grade moisture cure sealant available in cartridges, sausages, pails, and drums. Standard color is gray with white and black available by special order.

Aussie Seal® GP1 is a single-component hybrid STPE sealant and adhesive designed for use as a stand-alone sealant or as a detailing component within AVM waterproofing, deck coating, air barrier, roofing, and flashing systems. Ideal for joints, penetrations, transitions, terminations, flashing edges, drains, and general construction sealing applications, it adheres to concrete, masonry, metal, PVC, ABS, wood, glass, and many other common construction substrates.
